The process has been designed to dispose waste materials in a simple and cost-effective way without compromising the environment and the human health.

STEP 1 – FEEDSTOCK LOADING

The raw material is loaded into a series of large process cells, normally capable of containing all the waste generated daily. The pre-treatment of the material is not necessary even if a primary shredder is recommended to reduce the volume of the feedstock.

STEP 2 – SMOLDERING

The feedstock is slowly gasified at low temperature (SMOLDERING) to avoid the formation of pollutants, producing a SYNGAS (Synthetic Fuel Gas). The SYNGAS produced is immediately burned into an oxidizer to eliminate any residual pollutant and to produce heat.

A completely inert ash is released at the end of the process.

STEP 3 – VALORIZATION OF ENERGY AND METALS

The recoverable metals are separated from the ash and valorized in materials.

The available heat is transformed into electricity by steam engines or ORC turbines.
